Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your appointment, you will not be charged a fee as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment start time.  But because the time was reserved for you, you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancelation.  And "No Shows" or cancellations made within 2 hours before scheduled appointment start time, will be charged 100% of the service price.


Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the price of the “full” session which you reserved .
