If you are looking for a massage therapist with over 24 years experience, who is continually learning new and current techniques to help you feel better and heal, then you have come to the right place.

Hi, my name is Roxanne and my passion in life has always been to help people feel better.  During my initial training I was taught the philosophy of "Work with the body, and not against it".  What that means it that the methods applied for restoring the body back to health, should always be welcomed by the body and not so painful that it creates more tension and distress.  So as your massage therapist I will customize your massage to meet your comfort level of pressure, and apply an array of techniques that will help you feel better and achieve the maximum amount of pain relief and desired benefits.  

And of course that applies to if I'm doing very deep muscle release work to help restore the body back to healthy function; or a relaxing massage that helps melt away the muscles tension and restore your circulatory systems to better health.
